A step towards excellence at the Aquitaine Skills Olympics with the participation of TraceParts

TraceParts, the CAD Part Library, is backing the 2012 edition of this international competition

TraceParts (www.traceparts.com), is one of the world’s leading publishers of 3D marketing solutions. Its leading component library, which integrates seamlessly into CATIA, SolidWorks, Pro/ENGINEER, Solid Edge, Inventor, TopSolid, thinkdesign and more is one of the only libraries available as a school license. TraceParts has twice before been a partner to the Skills Olympics in 2006 and 2009, and is again renewing its support for the 2012 event in France’s Aquitaine region.

The Aquitaine Skills Olympics, which is due to be held on 22 and 23 March 2012 at the Bordeaux Lac exhibition centre, is the largest international youth and vocational training competition. The event brings together 54 skill areas represented by 300 people under 23 with the aim of promoting and enhancing skill areas through their achievements. The competition serves as a high-quality showcase for France’s young people and vocational training.

In the spirit of partnership where the economic, educational and corporate worlds rub shoulders, 200 companies are delivering their support with different materials to help young people compete in ideal conditions.

It is therefore only natural that TraceParts delivered school licenses for its component library to help applicants competing in the industrial sector.
